81ST BET MADISON AND PARK
This program runs M-F for the Spring semester- All classes at PS6


The Spring Semester will start on Mon Feb 3rd, 2020. The hours are from 2:35 P.M. to 6 P.M. at PS6. Last day for Big Apple Afterschool Spring semester is Fri June 19, 2020.

Payment Plan: Payment plans are offered free of charge! The total amount for the class(es) being attended can be broken into two equal payments. First payment can be made by CC, 2nd payment can be made via check or money order. 1st Payment: At the time of registration. 2nd Payment: March 1st

  • • The program operates on a 2 semester a year schedule, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer semesters. Registration is required for each semester.
  • • Children must register for a minimum of one day per semester. No part-time participation is available.
  • • There will be NO REFUNDS after Feb 14th for all classes.
  • • There are no transfers of dates (switching from Mon class to Thurs class). Classes are not transferable between friends or family members.
  • • You may register your child(ren) at any time during the semester if there is space available for the program of your choice. Further information is available at PS6 between the hours of 3 and 6 PM or by emailing the office at coach@bigapplesports.org
  • • For insurance purposes we do not permit After School participants to bring guests to the program, this includes family members.
  • • ON HALF DAYS WE WILL CONDUCT OUR PROGRAM AT THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED TIME, 2:35 PM TILL 6:00PM.
  • • There will be no make-up sessions available or refunds for missed days.
  • • When schools are closed (holidays, snow days, etc.) there will be no After School Program.
  • • Big Apple is not responsible for jackets, backpacks, water bottles, or other items brought to class
  • • For Safety reasons all participants are required to follow instructions and participate in activities as directed. Kids who are unwilling to abide by Big Apple rules, regulations, or instructions will be dismissed from the program.
  • • All participants are required to submit to a medical profile. The After School staff will administer basic first aid in cases of injury or illness. If serious injury occurs, the child will be rushed to the nearest emergency room. All attempts will be made to contact the child's parents and/or the emergency contact person.
BIG APPLE WILL BE CLOSED ON FOLLOWING DAYS:
Feb 17-21, April 9-17, May 25, June 4 and 9th.

Final day of the spring semester June 19th 2020.


YCS: PS 151
88TH BET 1ST AND YORK
This program runs Mon, Wed, Thurs, & Fri for the Spring semester- All classes at PS151 besides the Monday Football Class is held at PS6


The Spring Semester will start on Mon Feb 3rd, 2020. The hours are from 2:50 P.M. to 6 P.M. at YCS. Last day for Big Apple Afterschool Spring semester is Fri June 19, 2020.

Payment Plan: Payment plans are offered free of charge! The total amount for the class(es) being attended can be broken into two equal payments. First payment can be made by CC, 2nd payment can be made via check or money order. 1st Payment: At the time of registration. 2nd Payment: March 1st

This program runs Mon, Tues, & Wed for the spring semester
All classes held at PS 281


The Spring Semester will start on Mon Feb 3rd 2020. The hours are from 2:35 P.M. to 5:30PM. Last day for Big Apple Afterschool Fall semester is Wed June, 17 2020.

Payment Plan: Payment plans are offered free of charge! The total amount for the class(es) being attended can be broken into two equal payments. First payment can be made by CC, 2nd payment can be made via check or money order. 1st Payment: At the time of registration. 2nd Payment: March 1st
  • • The program operates on a 2 semester a year schedule, Fall (Sept - Jan) and Spring (Feb-June) semesters. Registration is required for each semester to participate.
      • PICKUPS AT THE RIVER SCHOOL
      • • Pickup happens in the lobby between 5 and 5:30 PM, parents wait by the entrance and sign out their children. BA staff then walks the child to their waiting parent in the lobby from the nearby cafeteria. Parents will not be allowed into the cafeteria for pickup.
      • • If you are picking up early please email us at coach@bigapplesports.org prior to 1:30 PM on the day of required pickup (the earlier the better). Please include your child's name, the time of pick up and who will be picking up your child.
      • • If pickup is last minute please go to the school safety desk and ask to pick up early for BA. School Safety will provide you with a number to call (no texts please). This will connect you with the teachers upstairs who will then bring down your child.
      • • If people other than the parent/guardian are picking up your child please notify us ahead of time or add their names to people that are allowed to pick up your child. BA will not dismiss to people not listed on these forms or who were not mentioned in an email as okayed for pickup.

          Refund Policy: If your child withdraws from the program before FEB 13th 2020 BA will send a pro-rated refund which excludes the cost for the day(s) attended, the $45 registration fee, and a $50 refund fee. Anyone who withdraws from the class after Feb 13th will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstance
